NA realms

It seems that all NA realms have been flagged as Recommended at the moment. But I am unaware whether or not this will apply to EU. In the event there is someone who is able to give a confirmed answer, I would appreciate that.
We, players, tired into queue times, hoping this means NCWest has finally got something resembling populations control in-place on Aion, until now, everyone has reported healthy populations on their servers, and players or someone else posts their cynical opinion. This or something like this will stop them anyway. Hopefully, this can be sustained in years to come.
