Commonalities and differences of alchemy and herbalism

Alchemy is the major potion, and herbalism is the minor potion. Both are related to Health, mana., and Stamina. the purposes of making herbalism are two, one is making 50 herb a prereq for alchemy, the other is to make wisdom, and the latter one is main purpose.
Their similarity is that they are all potions.
The prices of the two kinds of potion is their major difference. Alchemy requires a lot of stuff, this makes it is expensive. Small and medium potions are cheap, and available in almost any quantity.
By now, you may wonder what the difference of health, stamina, mana between moderate and major. Actually there is not a big difference of moderate and major potions.
